• All Celebration Orders are custom and quote-based

• After you submit your event details, we’ll prepare a personalized quote

• You’ll receive a design proof for approval before we begin production

Payment Options

• 50% deposit upon order approval, remaining 50% before shipping, or

• Full payment upfront

Production & Shipping

• Production begins after proof approval and initial payment

• Shipping costs are calculated per order and may be adjusted if rates change

• Estimated lead times will be clearly outlined in your quote

Returns & Exchanges

• All Celebration Orders are final sale due to personalization

• If items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for support
