At The Good News, every item is crafted with care — and many are personalized just for you. We want you to love what you receive! Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective. For non-custom items, returns may be accepted according to the guidelines below.
If Your Order Needs Attention
We want you to be delighted with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please email us at hello@thegoodnewsshop.ca within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
If confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Changed Your Mind or Ordered by Mistake?
If you find that your order isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Final Sale Items
Personalized, custom-made, and special-order products are final sale unless defective or damaged.
Sale and clearance items are also final sale.
